| Preperation and Usage: | Add Garam Masala and sea salt to hot, pan fried nuts for an unusual starter.
Cook fresh mussels in cream, white wine and curry powder. Finish off with a sprinkle of Garam Masala and fresh snipped chives.
Shake over stir fried vegetable or into curries 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
Add to dishes where a curry flavour is required without the heat, such as gratin toppings, breadcrumbs and seasoned flour coatings. |
