Storage:	Unopened, store in a cool, dry place (<20ÂºC). Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days. Best before: see top of pack.
Preperation and Usage:	Shake well before opening. Instructions For whipping - chill to 2-10ÂºC and fill to approximately 1/3rd of bowl capacity before whipping. Whip until desired consistency is achieved. For cooking - use in place of fresh cream.
