Storage:	Best before: see top of pack. Unopened, store in a cool, dry place (<20Â°C). Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Preperation and Usage:	Heat then cool to produce a set dessert. Shake well before opening. Instructions Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Pour into ramekins, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set. Prior to serving sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch.
