Storage:	Store in a cool dry place. Keep bag tightly closed after part use. Best before end see top of carton. Once made up store refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Preperation and Usage:	Make Up & Serving Instructions To Make: 42 portions, Dessert Mix: 600g, Water 1.4L To Make: 21 portions, Dessert Mix: 300g, Water 700ml To Make: 10 portions, Dessert Mix: 140g, Water 300ml 1 Pour required quantity of Cold water into a large mixing bowl. 2 Add required quantity of dessert mix and whisk for 30 seconds on slow. 3 Scrape down and increase speed to high and whisk for 5 minutes (do not over whisk). Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving. Why not try: Freezing and serving as Ice Cream Replace the water with milk for a creamier mousse Adding half the amount of mix to milk or water, for a thick shake
