Preperation and Usage:Make-Up Instructions Use Soup Mix: 0.3 kg; Water: 4.08 litres; To Make Portions: 24 portions Use Soup Mix: 0.625 kg; Water: 8.50 litres; To Make Portions: 50 portions Use Soup Mix: 1.25 kg; Water: 17.00 litres; To Make Portions: 100 portions Use Soup Mix: whole pack; Water: 30.60 litres; To Make Portions: 180 portions 1 Using the table above, take quantities of soup mix and water to produce the required number of portions 2 Into a pan, add sufficient boiling water to the soup mix, whisk until smooth, and bring back to the boil 3 Simmer gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally 4 To prepare other portion quantities use 12.5g soup mix and 170mls of boiling water per portion Left over made up product should be cooled rapidly, stored covered in a refrigerator and used within 24 hours by reheating thoroughly.
