Preperation and Usage:	Chef's Suggestions: - For a classic Bolognese use a 50/50 mix of mince beef and lean pork. - Works well with lentils or chopped mushrooms for a plant based option. - Great base sauce for lasagnes or pasta sauces. Ensure the centre of the dish is at least 70Â°C before serving. Separation of ingredients is natural so shake before use. Pour out of container.
